To Expand The Opportunities Available To Said Residents And Groups To Own, Manage, And Operate Business Enterprises By Furthering The Development Of Locally Owned Or Locally Operated Business Enterprises In Economically Underprivileged Or Depressed Areas; To Assist Said Residents And Groups In Receiving Entrepreneurial And Management Skills Necessary For The Successful Operation Of Business Enterprises; To Provide Financial Support For The Successful Operation Of Business Enterprises By Said Residents And Groups; To Assist Said Residents & Groups In Obtaining Such Financial Support From Other Sources. To Expand Opportunities Available To Said Residents And Groups To Obtain Adequate Low-Cost Housing Accommodations. To Aid, Support And Assist By Gifts, Contributions Or Otherwise, Other Corporations, Community Chests, Funds, And Foundations Organized And Operated Exclusively For Purposes, No Part Of The Net Earnings Of Which Inures To The Benefit Of Any Private Shareholder Or Individual, And No Substantial Part Of The Activities Of Which Is Carrying On Of Propaganda, Or Otherwise Attempting To Influence Legislation. To Provide Elderly Persons And Handicapped Persons With Housing Facilities And Services Specially Designed To Meet Their Physical, Social, And Psychological Needs, And To Promote Their Health, Security, Happiness, And Usefulness In Longer Living, The Charges For Such Facilities And Services To Be Predicated Upon The Provision, Maintenance And Operation Thereof On A Nonprofit Basis.
