Bronx prevention partnership - a collaborative initiative to develop and implement a strategic plan for a community-wide effort in the bronx to prevent hiv/aids, hepatitis and drug/alcohol abuse. the program is co-lead by osborne and bronx lebanon hospital.

Long-tremors project - interdisciplinary advocacy effort that works with individuals who have been incarcerated fortune years OR more, but who have completed minimum sentences, helping them to prepare to make an effective case for parole.

Safe landing - provides intensive case management, counseling and transitional planning to men and women struggling with mental health challenges during re-entry, especially those made worse by long-term incarceration.

The association' s purpose is to provide services to defendants, prisoners, former prisoners, and their families, to provide alternatives to incarceration, to provide reentry services to people leaving prison and to former prisoners and their families, etc.

Transitional planning and aftercare services - are offered to prisoners on ricers island, enabling them to access services immediately upon release.
