Low income housing rental & tenant support services - provide training to all tenants in the areas of budgeting, property maintenance, responsible family living and community involvement. approx. 800 lives were impacted

St. louis city and st. louis county down payment and closing cost assistance - program whereby low to moderate income individuals may apply for down payment and closing cost assistance to assist in securing financing arrangements to purchase a home OR to rehabilitate a home.

Neighborhood rehabilitation - Beyond Housing receives grants from governmental agencies for the purpose of issuing and managing forgivable and low-interest housing rehab loans to high credit risk individuals in designated areas 320 housing rehabilitation loans were issued during 2009
